One of the joys of owning a Porsche is having a car that can readily transition from street driving to track driving, allowing the driver to experience its exceptional level of performance legally and in a safe environment. One of the advantages of PCA membership is access to club-sanctioned driving schools held on closed-circuit tracks. These schools teach high performance driving using drivers' own cars, through both classroom and on-track instruction, and are a great way for PCA members to develop or improve their driving skills. While most of these schools have been offered by other regions at some distance from home for many Acadia members, we were successful in staging two previous schools at Atlantic Motorsport Park (AMP) in Shubenacadie, NS in recent years. The most recent was in 2006.

In response to a growing level of interest by Acadia Region members in participating in high-performance driving schools, it has been decided to offer our own two-day school at AMP in September 2012.
